The Chisholm Trail Icehouse and Bar-B-Q is a family oriented business in the heart of Highway North 183 corridor.
All of our meats are cooked on a 100% oak-burning pit, with occasional mesquite, pecan and apple woods added for flavor. Our Brisket, Turkey and Pork Ribs are prepared with dry spices; our Chicken, Turkey Breast and Pork Tenderloin are marinated to produce the BEST-flavored meats. We also provide our own recipe of "Blazin" trail sauce and a milder version for the weak at heart. All of our side items are from family recipes.
